Common problems

“The device is offline.” or “The device is not registered.” prompts appear when adding the camera using the Godrej Eve App.

a. Make sure the network where the camera is connected is working properly and the router’s DHCP is enabled.

b. Hold down the RESET button for 10 sec to reset the settings if you have changed the network parameters.

c. If the issue persists, check the network speed, then reset the camera and try connecting via WPS option.
