We operate Asia’s largest storage intralogistics manufacturing facility, with an annual capacity of over 85,000 tons. We maintain international standards, processing high-grade steel from trusted sources like JSW and Tata Steel. 

Our advanced machinery includes a slitting line with a 350-ton daily capacity and 13 automated roll-forming machines. Our state-of-the-art powder coating facility ensures precise applications and quick colour changes. We carefully pack and transport our products to ensure they arrive in top condition, and ready for use.

Safety is paramount from the start of every project, with all installation processes adhering to EN15620 standards. Rack installation begins only after civil work completion, ensuring the site is weather-protected. Safety measures include thorough tool inspections, mandatory use of safety gear, and specialised training for height work. 

We ensure proper safety during truck unloading, material handling, and lighting in low-light areas. Additionally, we provide essential facilities, and first aid kits, and meet all statutory compliances, fostering a secure and productive environment.

High-Density Storage Solution For MIddle East Electronics Giant

With the ongoing demand for electronic products, our client required the creation of a modern distribution centre to streamline logistics. The new warehouse, strategically located in Jebel Ali, Dubai, planned to serve as a key distribution hub for the region.

The development of e-commerce and the diversity of electronic goods assortment put significant strain on the distribution network. The corporation had significant issues with warehouse space management, operating efficiency, and product traceability. These challenges caused delays and logistical anomalies that had a negative impact on customer service, underlining the importance of deploying a proficient storage solution rapidly.

We designed a customised storage system to support a wide range of SKUs while also addressing potential future expansions. This high-density storage configuration was designed to hold 37,000 pallet placements, which could  house a wide range of electrical items such as air conditioners, televisions, washing machines, and refrigerators.

Design and Execution of India’s Largest Fulfilment Centre

In response to the increasing demand within the e-commerce sector, we partnered with India's top e-commerce player to develop the largest fulfilment centre in the country spanning 1M sq ft. This initiative was designed to bolster supply chain infrastructure and accommodate the increasing needs of consumers across India.

During the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, we fortified a virtual co-creation process to execute this project. This involved detailed coordination with multiple stakeholders within the client organisation and various external consultants. Together, we integrated critical components such as Fire Safety, HVAC, MEP, and Civil Works, achieving all necessary technical approvals from agencies involved.

The scale of this area is equivalent to 6.5 football fields incorporating a storage system offering 4.5M cubic feet, complete with staircases and vertical reciprocating lifts for efficient movement of both personnel and materials.

Shuttle Racking System For Finished Goods

We partnered with the largest independent bottler of beverages in India and South-West Asia, to engineer a comprehensive warehousing solution covering 13,500 sq m. The primary objective was to create a storage design capable of supporting the client's peak output with optimal efficiency, all within stringent timelines for delivery and execution.

Following extensive discussions with the client's team, we selected a shuttle racking system designed to meet their specific productivity metrics. We addressed potential load imperfections and structural deflections to enhance overall stability. Furthermore, we optimised the use of vertical space by minimising the gap between levels. The tailored storage solution, including a state-of-the-art racking system, was delivered and installed within a determined time frame of 90 days. 

64,300 sq. metre Seismic-proof Warehouse For Indian Fashion Retail Giant

To support the expansion of India’s leading fashion-led hypermarket we designed and executed a new warehouse strategically located in Gurugram. This warehouse is tailored to streamline the storage and distribution network of groceries, home goods, finished garments, and apparel essential for both online and retail operations.

It covers an area of 64,300 square metres, located in a region classified as seismic zone 4, prone to experiencing earthquakes with Richter scale magnitudes of 6 to 7. Given the seismic risks, the warehouse design prioritises seismic resistance to ensure the safety of both personnel and materials.

To maximise storage efficiency, the warehouse is equipped with 42,000 pallet positions and 425,000 picking slots. Key design features tailored for seismic resistance include plan and back bracing systems that effectively manage tension forces and facilitate the transfer of lateral forces to ground connectors.

With these deliberate design and engineering choices, the warehouse is not just a hub for meeting the operational demands of the new stores but is also a testament to our commitment to safety and sustainability in regions vulnerable to earthquakes.
