MIL-Grade Systems: We develop MIL-grade electrical and electronic systems that comply with JSS 55555 and MIL standards, rigorously tested for seismic, IP, and hydro conditions to ensure durability in extreme environments.

Control Systems for Harsh Environments: Our advanced control systems, designed for harsh and nuclear radiation environments, feature redundant PLCs, AC/DC drives, and SCADA panels, ensuring precise position control and reliability.

Power Systems and Reconditioning: We provide robust MIL-grade power solutions, including DG sets and UPS for mobile use, and specialise in upgrading outdated control systems with the latest technology and ruggedised cabling.

Fabrication and Machining

Precision Expertise: Specialising in precision from 0.15 to 200 mm thickness, with accuracy up to +/—0.1 mm, we are also capable of handling large parts up to 11m in diameter and 15m in length.

Advanced Capacity: We offer over 200 tons of cutting weekly, with annual fabrication reaching 1000 tons. We work with materials like HSLA steel, titanium, and Inconel, utilising CNC, CAD, and cutting technologies for up to 200 mm thick carbon and 85 mm stainless steel in dust-free environments.

Comprehensive Machining: We deliver CNC precision in turning, milling, and grinding operations, using temperature-controlled machinery for dimensional accuracy, stress-relieving furnaces, and laser measurement, supported by an expert in-house team.

Metallurgical Testing Laboratory

Our NABL Accredited Metallurgical Testing Laboratory holds a suite of advanced testing equipment, including Universal and Hardness Testing Machines, an Impact Testing Machine for energy absorption analysis, a high-capacity Spectrometer, a Ferrite Meter, and a Microscope for detailed assessments. The facility also houses a Drop Weight Testing Machine for toughness tests and a specialised Corrosion Laboratory, ensuring rigorous quality control and material excellence.
