Partnering with Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA)

We completed the external façade of nine metro stations from Dahisar to DN Nagar on the newly inaugurated Mumbai Metro Line 2A. This new metro line was inaugurated on 19th January 2023 by Hon. Prime Minister Narendra Modi. 

 

Our contribution included the façade works, utilizing approximately 1800 tonnes of MS steel for fabrication, 480 metric tonnes of plaster, and installing over four lakh square feet of façade louvres. Despite starting the project during the pandemic, we finished well ahead of the deadline set by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA).

Aero Lounge, Cochin International Airport - A World-Class Experience

We executed the complete interior and MEP works for this unique airport facility. Spanning 50,000 sq. ft., the space includes 41 guest rooms, boardrooms, and a lounge, all located outside the Security Hold Area, making it easily accessible to both passengers and visitors.

 

The facility offers 37 well-appointed rooms, 4 luxurious suites, 3 boardrooms, 2 conference halls, co-working spaces, a gym, a spa, and a library. It provides the perfect setting for professional meetings within the airport in the state-of-the-art boardrooms and conference halls, ensuring convenience without the need to leave the terminal.

 

Additionally, luxury accommodation is available at an affordable hourly rate, offering travellers the comfort and privacy they need. Guests can also enjoy the amenities of a café lounge, providing all the comforts of a terminal lounge.

Howrah Station, Kolkata, India.

Our civil work at Howrah Station, Kolkata included concrete blockwork, granite and tile installation for flooring, wall cladding, staircases, coping, and raised access floors. In metalwork, we handled the installation of SS and GI railings, SS cladding, gratings, fire doors, access hatches, louvres, aerofoils, demountable panels, and cornices.

 

For ceiling work, we installed metal ceilings, baffles, and curved carrier ceilings, while our glasswork included ticket counter glass, canopy glass, fire-rated glass, and smoke-down glass. We also applied anti-dust, acrylic, weather-coat, and textured paints throughout the station. Additionally, we installed terracotta tiles and completed various plumbing tasks.
