In case you observe any noise or vibrations in the course of operation, follow the steps given below to resolve it:
- Refer to the user manual supplied with the washer.
- Ensure that the washer is levelled properly based on the user manual.
- Ensure that the floor is level and strong to adequately support the washer.
- Adjust the levelling legs and tighten the levelling leg lock nuts as needed.
- Ensure that the tub is filled with sufficient water based on the wash load/laundry as insufficient load can cause imbalance and sounds.
- Check the load of laundry you have filled. If the clothes are entangled or bundled on one side, this can cause an imbalance with light loads.
