If the refrigerator door is not closing, take the following steps:
- The door is not designed to swing shut automatically and needs to be closed manually.
- Re-arrange food packages so they do not obstruct the door.
- Close the doors gently because doors closed too hard might cause other doors to open.
- Level the refrigerator via the levelling legs or rollers to adequately support the refrigerator.
